Casts

Every effort is made to make casts as close to the images as possible that are displayed on this website, each cast is handmade and from Dec 2003 Some glazes may contain lead do not lick or eat food off the surface. Some of the edges may be sharp.

Ordering

Please allow up 3 weeks for cast to be made unless purchased  on ebay. All casts on ebay are all ready made for immediate shipping.

Replacements

i. if casts has developed a crack through the body of the clay and only replaced after inspection

ii. returning casts will be at wholly at the customers expense.

Non-Refundable

1.the falling off wall due to the way its been hung unless testing proves the the chain its self to be substandard.

2.fixings are proven substandard for the weight of the cast. i.e. attaching material

3. cracks in glaze. (a certain amount of crazing in normal in the glaze)

4. dropped

Breakages in Transit

all breakages will be replaced not financially refunded nor the shipping. You the customer will be liable to further shipping charges, being half the shipping cost, so a further cast will cost you the customer £8.00 shipping the other half of the shipping will be payable be me.
